I just received the admission offer from st John with the scholarship of 12k . I'm debating it with New York Law School ( 15k) because I intend to specialize in Real Estste law . Also I have been accepted in American university Wcl with scholar 12k. Which school has the best job placement in New York ?

NYLS has "New York" in its name that must be a good sign for those looking to work in the NEW YORK real estate market
But going by million dollar listing NY I don't think you need a law degree, you just need a dazzling smile and a couple of expensive suits
good luck follow your dreamzzzz

OP: A US JD for you could probably be not a disaster if you (1) for some reason needed it to go back to your home country, (2) your dad had some very influential connections who could guarantee you a job. But your plan seems to be to have your dad pay for law school and then to try and become a real estate lawyer in NYC by yourself - i.e. you would just be applying to jobs without your dad's connections.
This is a dumb plan. People who go to NYLS pr St. John's struggle to find any job they can get. They don't get to pick where they work or their preferred specialty. A lot of them are lucky to be working as criminal lawyers on Long Island.
I just don't know what you hope to get out of this. You'd have so much more fun taking your dad's money and investing in New York real estate or trying to be a broker than going to these law schools

NYLS had 641 1Ls in 2010 lmao.
OP: Your chances of getting the job you want from the school are 42.9%.

Up to you if that's worth the risk.

OP's odds of doing (legal) RE work in NYC from NYLS are nowhere near 42.9%.

I don't know what non-biglaw real estate law is, so I can't comment. If he wants big firm real estate law, the odds are 6.8% (counting fed clerkships). His odds of any legal job that's not public interest would be 29.9% (Emp score - PI - school funded).

It's understandable that law school is wasteful if you can't either get into Top 14 or full ride non T14. As mentioned previously, St. John has significantly higher job placement than NYLS in NYC, but they don't offer a lot of RE courses which I intend to specialize. Comparing to Cardozo and Brooklyn, their statistic for J.D required job is even higher. However, the school locates in urban area which does not fit to social person like me. If there are only two choices that you guys have, which one is a better mistake to make?
Anw, I appreciate all advice from you guys

I don't dream of working in Big Law. Gaining experience in mid-RE law firm is sufficient for me to earn money in my home country.
