Free at a T2, or instate at T1????????

I'm a current UGA undergrad who's been accepted to UGA law. While I would be receiving instate tuition at Georgia(19,000/year, which is pretty cheap comparatively) I also have a full ride offer at a T2 school approximately 700 miles away. I know I probably should take the full scholarship offer, but part of me really wants to stay at UGA. UGA has a much better reputation and better employment prospects, but will, of course, be far more expensive.
Tell me I'm not wrong for wanting to go to Georgia?

Well, you're not wrong only because going to a t2 that's 700 miles away from where you want to practice sounds like suicide. That said, you should try to find a way to make UGA a little cheaper. $19k/yr + living expenses will rack up some serious debt.

Make sure to try to negotiate. Don't go so far away if you want to end up back in Georgia.

8 question marks were definitely appropriate for this thread title.

Don't even consider Michigan State... the questions now are: How many times have you taken the LSAT? What are your goals after Law School, what kind of law do you want to practice?
