These are probably good questions to ask the school, I'd call up admissions and see what's up

I would be going part time next Fall if I went. I am currently working full time, and having a law degree would help for promotions in my current line of work. I am fortunate enough to be in a position where the law school literally means nothing, it is just the matter of having the law degree. With that being said, does Widener offer scholarships for part time students? Would a 3.92 / 157 ish be good enough for a full ride? / How is Widener's curve?
You're going to get told to retake

To answer your question: http://widener.lawschoolnumbers.com/applicants

You can check that out, i'd say you have a good chance.

Are you planning to do part time? If not I've got to imagine that the 3 years off the job will hurt you more than any possible gain the JD will give you.

I'm a bit skeptical that a JD will really help you enough to be worth the effort even IF you get a totally full ride and continue working full time.

What sort of jobs give a promotion for having a JD?

I applied to Widener with an almost identical GPA and a shitty 149 LSAT. I was accepted in like 2 hours with a scholarship worth $50,000 for 4 years part time. If you score a 160 on the LSAT and have a 3.92 GPA, I would like to think you will probably get a full ride. Just keep in mind, however, that Widener does have a brutal curve. Also keep in mind that the entering class profile at Widener shows very low GPA's and LSAT scores. In other words, if you work your ass off, and a 3.92 shows that you probably will, and score a 160, I would like to think that you would be, "ahead of the curve." Good luck!

I thought law schools were less likely to give big scholarships for part-time students?

When you call up Widener and ask what score you would need for a full ride, don't tell them that the law school you attend is literally meaningless.
