It is generally a poor choice to go to any school for full price or close to it. Keep retaking the LSAT until you score 170+ and can attend a T14 at a significant discount.

Does it sound like a good idea to take on more than $200k in debt for a ~30% chance at landing a job that pays enough for you to pay that all back?

Come back when you have a score. But don't go to ND/BC/GW at sticker, or anywhere close to it.

Do not pay full price or anywhere close to sticker price for Emory, GWU, BU, BC or Notre Dame because the debt burden far outweighs the likelihood of getting a job with sufficient income to pay back the loans.
An LSAT score in the 170s will certainly generate several T-14 acceptances, some with substantial scholarship offers, as well as many full tuition scholarship offers from non-Top 14 law schools. The minimum LSAT score needed for strong options is probably a 168 in your case. Also, there is no penalty nor harm in retaking the LSAT.

Agreed. And just to build on this, schools like cornell and georgetown were readily taking 3.6/167-8 applicants this cycle. Frankly that's a pretty low bar for such good law schools(buyer's market if you will). There's no excuse to keep your 163 or whatever when these schools are within a retake's reach.

I wouldn't even go to HYS at sticker UNLESS I'm solely interested in something that's covered by the LRAP. Fuck I look like paying $300k for biglaw?

Had a good outcome too. It sometimes confuses people when I argue against it.

I've read that GW and BU offer full-tuition scholarships to successful early decision applicants. Those might be reasonable choices if you insist on trying your luck with a 3.67/165.

Yup. A 170 will get you half off many T14s.
