I think I've narrowed down my choices to the following schools:
UChicago - 30k scholarship
Northwestern - 165k scholarship (full tuition)
UVA - 164k scholarship (Dillard Full Tuition)
Opinions on what would be the smartest choice?

You should add a poll!
I would vote UVA for the low COL + I assume it places better in DC? But I could be wrong about that.
ETA: I also wanted to add that if you love Chicago and would be happier living there for 3 years than Charlottesville, that'd be a fine reason to choose NU. I think personal preference should count too!

I really think this is more about personal preference than anything else.

I voted UVA. The Dillard is an amazing opportunity and Charlottesville is a great city with a low cost of living. UVA is great for DC and the friends I have here that wanted to go to Chicago all had an easy time going there as well.

I would keep the job for another year, retake and got to Chicago with a better scholarship.

How did an out-of-stater get a Dillard with a 168?

I think they gave Dillards to quite a few median LSAT/high GPA applicants this cycle.
Voted UVA given your career goals. Both outstanding options though, congrats OP.

168 is below the median of 169 though. Seems odd.

I can assure you it's true. There is no benefit for me to lie at this stage of the game.
Thank you everyone for the input! It's along the lines of what I was thinking (not surprising considering how much I read this forum at work and appreciate the good work / insight).

TLS'ers who have been following the cycle say UVA has been rather zany this year. I'm interested to see class profiles come the fall.

Not saying you were. Congrats on the great outcome. I bet even you were surprised though.

Also I've been looking into Chicago housing options over the past few days and that's another reason to go for dat Charlottesville COL. (Although I guess you already live in Chi so it's not as big of a deal)

Non-URM. I was suprised to receive it, but I guess the fact that I also received a full ride from Northwestern and 30k from UChicago kind of makes me feel like it's less of an outlier.
