NYU vs. Columbia vs. Cornell vs. Penn

Right now these are the schools that I'm seriously considering between:
NYU: received 37.5k total
Cornell: received 165k total
Columbia: still waiting on aid
Penn: still waiting on aid
Also have been waitlisted at NU and Penn. Got into GULC and BC as well but not even going to consider them. My goals are primarily to be working in biglaw the NE area, preferably in Boston which is where I'm from, but open to NYC and DC if need be. My undergrad major is computer science at a top school and so I'm very open to patent law.
Stats: 173/3.7
Funding: Primarily loans, but my family is willing to help out with living costs, maybe 10k/year
My questions for you folks is, given my amazing Cornell offer and my goals, how much aid would the other schools (including the waitlisted ones) need to give out to make them a worthwhile option for you personally? Should I even bother negotiating/waiting or is Cornell the obvious choice?
