HLS or Cooley (full-ride)

A bit about me:
1- Ties to Lansing, Michigan.
2- I want to minimize debt as much as I can.
3- Don't mind bigLaw if its an option, but I am certainly not bigLaw or bust.
4- I want to return to Michigan after a few years of practice, at most.
What is a better option for me? Cooley with full ride or
Harvard Law School at sticker?
