All are terrible options at the price point. Six figures in debt for pretty bad DC big law odds from ND/WM, or $250k+ in debt from Georgetown? Both bad choices. Retake and reapply is TCR.

None of these are good options.

I will be retaking once more, but after that I am out of takes. So just getting some info.
I am deciding if I should ED Georgetown.
Also those are just the scholarship points as they are now. Will negotiate either way.

You shouldn't ED georgetown, unless someone has the cash and is willing to pay your tuition.
Retake in June. Apply next cycle.

I mean I am in at those two will the scholarships mentioned already.
Haven't heard back from GT, want to know if I should ED.
3.4-3.5
164
non-urm
Desire to be in DC. Significant other lives/works in DC.
Like I said I will be using my last retake, but the 164 is 20 points higher than my diagnostic. Hoping for more room but can't guarantee it.

How will you be financing your legal education?
Also, why is George Washington not on the table?

Waitlisted. Was surprised.
Also, I will be financing through loans initially but will be paid off by the magical money fairy eventually (contingent I graduate etc etc, and yes I am being for real).

(1) You are unlikely to get a boost from applying ED to GULC; see
http://admissionsbythenumbers.blogspot. ... op-14.html
(2) It is safe to assume your chances of getting in at GULC will in general be worse than those of getting in at GW, so with a WL from GW...

Are you referring to LRAP or a dying relative?
Taking on $250k+ of debt is still crazy.
Also, it doesn't appear that ED provides any advantage in Georgetown admission. In fact, it actually appears to put you at a disadvantage based on stats.

Eta: scooped by Hand.

FWIW, on initial cycle applied to GW, was waitlisted, eventually got in with no money. Heard similar stories from people with roughly my stats (above both their medians).
