Hahahaha, according to the comments he's also suing Pepper Hamilton for racial discrimination because Drexel students are more likely to be white.

Basically, the plaintiff is alleging (among other things) a discriminatory impact case under the ADA. An employer cannot use selection criteria that tend to screen out people with disabilities unless the selection criteria are "job-related" and "consistent with business necessity." The argument seems to be that hiring only from elite schools disproportionately screens out disabled students, who tend to end up at lower-ranked schools.
It's not a CRAZY theory, but I think these firms can easily mount a business necessity defense, if it even gets that far.
