The right decision is Chicago but you seem to be fishing for people to validate you going to Penn so you should just go.

Yes, if I were you I would try to not let your prior commitment to penn influence your decision. Sure, it would be hectic to switch everything so late but that really only amounts to a week of more work for you. Gotta think long term, this is a career move afterall.

Also, I agree that attending any law school with a lot of debt is a bad idea, but if you must go then Chicago is one of the few schools that can justify a high debt load. nice work on the negotiations so far tho
