3.01 GPA from top public university (shitty but met the 3.0 mark! Haha)
Employed through Student Affairs all 4 years/Undergrad.
5+ years W/E with attorneys--good resume
Medium to strong LOR's
Good Personal Statement
URM (Mexican)
Have yet to take LSAT.
If score 160, what are my options? If 170, what are my options?
I am applying to the following--would like to stay in Midwest unless I get T14:
-Illinois
-DePaul
-Loyola Chicago
-John Marshall
-IIT Chicago Kent
-Northwestern
-Michigan
Thanks in advance!

This is why you're not going to get a lot of replies.

If 170 you'll probably be admitted to them all. No one can really predict scholly money. The only schools worth paying any money for are UIUC, NW, and UMich. UIUC only makes sense with a big scholly though (50-75%+).
You should also apply to Iowa, Notre Dame, IU-Bloomington, UMN, tOSU, and Wisconsin if you have above a 160. Even if you don't want to attend you can leverage scholarship money potentially.

definitely add WUSTL on to that too, going to be the most splitter friendly in terms of scholly money.

Won't Northwestern be splitter friendly for him due to work experience? Or is 3.01 too low?

You have to take the LSAT to be a splitter.

At 170, a decent amount will be open for you, including several T14 schools.
At 160, not very much will be open for you. Probably some lower T1's with small scholarships.
Then there's a whole lot in-between.
