W&L COA $40000/year
I don't have any ties in these two areas. If I just want to become a lawyer, which school is better?
BTW, I have taken LSAT three times.

Without question, neither of these are close to worth attending at these prices.

If you must become a lawyer, you need to find some work until you can take the LSAT again, even if that's two years from now. Both of these options are straight up financial suicide.
