When did you send in your apps? What are your numbers? What are you doing now?
Besides academia pipe dreams, what are your realistic jobs you would like out of law school? What other offers do you have currently, schools + COA?

There's no guarantee you do better next year, but I'd be stunned if you didn't get into one of CCN if you applied early next cycle. Whatever options you have now in T7-14 will surely be there and you will probably get more money to boot. I would ride the CCN WLs and be prepared to sit out until next year. Graduating at 30 or early 30s is not uncommon and not bad, especially if that one year gives you more scholarship money and way better chances at big law (i.e. Columbia next year vs Georgetown this one).

On this note, I think NYU is probably the only one of "CCN" that OP stands a decent chance at - chicago is pickier for GPA's and traditionally at CLS you need a very high LSAT (175+) to have a shot in the 3.4's. If you're in at Penn, that's comparable placement power into NYU for large firms (are you in at Penn?). If you are PI or bust, then I'd ED NYU in the fall; however, that doesn't sound like your circumstances.
Do you have significant savings to put towards law school at sticker price? Are you sure this is the best investment of those savings? Have you carefully thought through the decision to attend even a top law program at sticker cost, and weighed the benefits and drawbacks of such a decision?

Did you get any $ at Northwestern, Duke, Michigan, Cornell, etc? These are probably better options at a discount than sticker at UVA or Penn and wouldn't preclude you from clerking.
It would be a lot easier to give useful advice if you'd just post your estimated Cost of Attendance for each school you're seriously considering.
