Cornell $ vs USC $$

Trying to decide between these 2 schools. I'm remaining on a couple wait lists but these are the only 2 I'm considering now. The COA is done with LS22's spreadsheet. I'll be financing the entirety of the amounts below.
Cornell: Total COA 212,339
USC: Total COA 184,229
Have taken LSAT 3 times.
I'm from the midwest and would ideally want to be in either Chicago or New York, although I lived in LA and wouldn't mind being there either (I know that if I do USC I'm only going to get LA). Basically I just want a big legal market. I want to go into either biglaw or try for a clerkship and then go into big law.
Also, I haven't explored the possibility of negotiating. Should I pursue this?

Insane debt at both places. Between the two, I'd pick Cornell easily b/c it is a lot more likely to get you biglaw to pay off that insane debt. Yes, you should negotiate. Pursue negotiations right away.
Also, if I may ask, when did you get your Cornell scholly info? Did it come via email?

Cornell by a landslide since it gives you much better odds for biglaw. But I wouldn't go to either school at that level of debt.
Did you apply to WUSTL and possibly receive a full scholarship? Or a Chicago school that would give you a full scholarship? I know it's probably tough to not go to a t14 with a 172, but 200,000+ debt isn't fun.

Personally, I'd call, but I don't know protocol for negotiating schollys. Hell, negotiate with Cornell too.

I don't like these debt levels, but if I had to choose, I'd pick Cornell even if USC bumped their offer a bit. If you preferred small law in CA over biglaw in NYC, it might be different. But Cornell basically doubles your chances of getting what you want.
