Top Law Schools

I originally applied to law school two years ago (3.1/162) ended up not going. I'm going to retake in June but was wondering if it's too late to apply this cycle to schools that are still accepting apps, in terms of getting $$$. There's a T2 in my state that offered a near full ride last time around that I can apply to till June. Do you guys think they still have $$/would give or is it too late.

You think I could call them and ask about it or would that not look good, I probably wouldn't attend if I improved my score but if not I'd go there on a full ride
