BC: http://www.lstscorereports.com/schools/bc/2012/
UCONN: http://www.lstscorereports.com/schools/uconn/2012/

A 50% discount at BC is still too much debt (over 160k). UConn is less financially risky, but its placement is awful--there's about a 50% chance you don't get a job practicing law. What are your stats? Probably should retake and go to a top school at a significant discount.

Edit: Your post history says you got into Michigan. Any money?

A court's unlikely to find an employer-employee relationship here unless you're paying for the services. Otherwise, the other party has no obligations.

IANAL

This, especially since your posts also self-identify as a reverse splitter. Why not wait a year, make some money, and go to Michigan/other T14 with a half ride or BC/BU for close to free?
