Emory vs GW vs Wash U ($ at all) Forum

I am planning on retaking the LSAT in June, but want to put down a seat deposit in case I don't do better. If I do improve I am going to take the year off since NYU or Penn is my dream and I have yet to hear from NYU and was rejected from Penn. Emory offered me $90,000, GW offered me $30,000 and Wash U offered me $90,000. My dream is to eventually work for the government, but I'm not set on D.C., I really like the international law route as of now. Any advice is appreciated. I just don't want to put a seat deposit at all, but want to have a contingency plan if June doesn't go well. Thanks!
