Top Law Schools

Hi everyone,
Up until today, I had my mind made up to attend Vandy with $$. However, I was just wait listed at UVA. I really want to ride it out but I'm not sure if they'll be willing to give me money. I heard that they don't give merit aid for students accepted of the WL But I am eligible for need based. I guess I need advice as to If it is worth riding it out? I have ties to the south so either would be ideal. Does anyone know the chances of getting off WL?

I could be wrong...but is there any downside to depositing at Vandy and riding out the Waitlist? (other than the deposit money for Vandy I suppose). You don't have to take their acceptance if they offer it to you!

I'm not sure if I'll have the money to deposit at both (if accepted)

Maybe sign up for a June take to get off the WL? Stats? I know that sucks having to lose a deposit, but I wouldn't gamble on UVA accepting you and not having put down a deposit at Vandy (unless you are cool sitting out another cycle).

FWIW I got 60K off the UVA waitlist last summer. And they offered it to me late, like in August I think.
