Loyola is probably the least bad option here as long as you're content with fighting for your life for scraps and leftovers in the Illinois market. Retaking the LSAT could get you Washington University or Texas for close to free. What's stopping you?
Texas at in-state is $33K/year plus COL. At least the COL is low. You can't live in Austin for less than $20K/year? I was thinking around $130K in debt for in-state at Texas. I'd be comfortable going there for $100K total. You probably could. Personally, I wouldn't bank on it. But I'm old and so less inclined to put up with things like shitty apartments/living arrangements to save money.
