UW v BC v ND v Fordham

I am trying to decide between these schools. Considerations:
1. money: right now I have 25k a year to Notre Dame and 15k a year to Fordham. I applied for full tuition public interest scholarships at Boston College and U of Washington, and will find out about those in April. I am going to try to negotiate with ND and Fordham for more money.
2. public interest: I am interested in pursuing PI law, all schools have a strong program, I think UW has the most reputable one. I am interested in attending a school with a strong LRAP as well.
3. location: I will most likely want to be on the west coast or nyc after I graduate, west coast long term. I am hesitant about attending ND because of it's Midwest, rural location (I have lived in a large city for 6 years)
4. employment: from my own limited research, UW has the highest employment rate, as well as highest employment in PI (though all schools are within a few percentage points)
Any advice on which school I should lean toreards or any to rule out would be appreciated from someone who has attended or has solid knowledge of the school!
Thank you!
