Can LRAPs change before one graduates?

Hey all quick question regarding something I wondered about:
Can a law school's LRAP terms change before a student graduates, thereby possibly negatively affecting financial situations for graduates, or are students expected to be "grandfathered in" to the program as it was when they accepted?
Possible changes include: lowering max amount of income, changing the percentage of loan payments covered, decreasing the amount of time to enroll in the program, etc.
