When I first started researching law schools, the scandal was mainly that schools actively hid and misrepresented their employment statistics. Since then, LST + new reporting requirements have almost completely solved that problem. Virtually every major newspaper has reported on the law school crisis, and law school blogs have hammered away at common misconceptions. Even the President of the United States has hinted at the state of affairs. This is no longer a problem about getting the right data (though more is always better) and getting the message out. That was the easy part. It's about getting young people to accept hard truths about the rest of their lives, and forcing powerful men to give up cushy jobs and high salaries. I think progress will be very, very slow from here on out.

They sent me a flash drive which I thought was kinda cool I guess. I went to use it and it's full of files about the school, which is expected. Then I realized you can't delete any of those files, nor can you add your own files onto the flash drive.

That's pretty hilarious. Why even bother sending something that cost money if it's so useless?
