It's possible to switch. However, schools have limits on when you can get your money back. Call your current school ASAP and find out if you'll get all your money back. Sometimes you may only get a percentage back (eg 80%).

Yes. You just accept the new school and withdraw from the old school. You should get most of your money back. Just be awAre it might take a little while to sort out the loans.
