1) BU/BC @ ~90K (at repayment)
2) NU @ sticker (~250K at repayment)



I wish to leave as many doors open as possible (of these two options) (including, but not limited to BigLaw). I am fine with working in either cities, though I understand NU has a much bigger national reach.

You can't have it both ways. If you take BC/BU you'll have low debt but you'll be shutting some doors. If you take NW you'll keep more doors open but also be restricted by the debt levels.

If you want to keep as many doors open as possible you have to retake

I vote BU/BC. 90k is payable with non-biglaw. 250k is difficult to repay even with biglaw.

I'd go with BC. NU at sticker is a lot of debt with still only a 40-50% chance at biglaw.
