GW ($$) v GULC

Hello TLS. I've seen a couple of versions of this question, but none with the same COA difference.

GW: 160K COA, already deposited to secure scholarship | Already negotiated with one increase and a denial for a second increase
GULC: 261K COA | I don't feel that I have leverage to negotiate with GULC, plus I've read few success stories of doing this on TLS
Loans, loans, loans
Living in Denver, wouldn't mind working here (I have ties) or on the east coast.
Hoping to shoot for DOJ, public service, etc.
168-3.2/3.9
Tested once, not willing to wait out a year.

I feel like GULC has a better LRAP, but I feel it's a bit of a gamble to count on 10 years of public sector employment. I'd love to hear some thoughts, thank you!

Those three are mutually exclusive. Retake or don't go.

Seriously, it's one year. You know DOJ is just about the most competitive government employment there is aside from Bristow/White House OLC?

I'm in same boat. The LRAP is amazing. 1) Its guaranteed (not subject to funding. They actually used word entitlement) 2) There are no conditions on type of government or non-profit/public interest work (any gov or non-profit will do) 3) If you make $75k a year or less than they pay back your full loan (they give you a block grant every 6 months to pay your loan with) and 4) If you make over $75k they don't cut you off, they still pay a portion of your loans.
