Moving and working

Hi,
Right now I'm a junior in undergraduate. I'm taking the LSAT in June and am adding an extra major so I'm going to stay here for a 5th year. I live in NC, but don't want to stay here and attend UNC when it comes time. I was wondering if it would be worth it to after graduating, moving to VA and working for 2-3 years, saving up money, and applying to UVA as my top choice? My GPA now is a 3.3 and I don't take my first LSAT until June. I can get my GPA up over the next 2.5 years, but probably not high enough to get into UVA out of college, and out of state, let alone get scholarship money. Does anybody have any advice? I plan on applying to UNC to see if I get in, but not sure if I want to take on the debt from them for not stellar career prospects.
Thanks
