Damn... any other options? No NU?

Uchi is a lot of money, but your best chance of the two to reach your goals. Do the CoA calculations and give us details onto possible parental contributions/savings.

Personally, I'd take Chicago. Is that scholarship a little over $20,000 a year? Did you get into any other schools?

No calculations necessary. $0 in both cases.

Unfortunately I have no other T-14 options. I'm on a bunch of waitlists.

I would attend Chicago at sticker. It's a solid bet. Michigan, you're far from guaranteed a biglaw job.

Although if you got 22.5K from Michigan, try using Chicago's financial appeal process and you should get 10K/yr from them at least.
