BC with a total COA at 120k
or
W&M with a total COA at 100k

Top places I'd like to work would be either Boston or DC. I grew up in NY though so I'd consider NYC if the opportunity was there, obviously I know it's very tough and that's one of the reasons I'm not all that high on even looking there.

I think that's all the relevant info, but I missed something I'll add it later. I didn't include LSATs because I have no interest in retaking. I'm coming out of undergrad, there are no jobs, and I'm very happy with these options.

W&M isn't a bad choice.

If you're OK with northern VA/DC, I'd choose W&M. Really comes down to geographical preference. If you want big law, you need to retake and reapply obviously.

Much easier to work in Boston from BC than in DC from WM. Easier to work in NY from BC than NY from WM. BC has better biglaw placement too and worth 20k more than WM. Scary going to BC at that price, but it is the better choice in this scenario. Better still would probably be to retake. What are your numbers?

W&M is a horrible choice

At those prices, neither.

They're both like $25k-$35k too expensive

retake. It doesn't matter what your interests are.


retaking is in your BEST interest even if you don't acknowledge this.
