UMN Sticker vs. Wake (45k) vs. Baylor (63k)

Amounts listed are scholarships awarded
- Not too debt-averse, receiving parent funding
- No ties anywhere (international student)
Goals:
Big Law would be nice, but I'm not banking on it
Would be fine with mid-law
Looking for the best value
Considerations:
Quality of life within each city
Quality of education
Texas vs. NC vs. Minnesota Market
Jumps in rankings worth the differences in CoA?

Based on your goals/considerations, none.
Retake and go to a better school for less money.

You very likely wont get midlaw or biglaw from any of these schools. So, theres that.
UMN isnt worth sticker. (I go here)
Rankings dont matter.
Baylor is your best value but Waco sucks. Baylor also doesnt really have a market. UT owns the state. SMU is dominant in Dallas. Houston is Dominant in Houston. Baylor is at best tied for 3rd best law school in the state no matter what market in TX you go to.
You should retake the LSAT.

These are regional schools, OP, so you could only find work where they are based.
Where are your ties?
These schollies are nothing, you hear?
Retake or do not go.
