OSU sticker vs. Villanova full ride - HELP

Torn--if I go with OSU am I limited to the Midwest for career prospects? Because OSU is more of a regional school, does it more or less have the same esteem as Villanova on the East coast? With a Villanova degree would I have an easier time migrating to the Midwest than the other way around?
Any insight helpful.

Don't expect to take a regional degree out of that region.
Is sticker in-state sticker?

Don't expect to take a Villanova degree out of eastern Pennsylvania. Don't expect to take an tOSU degree outside of Ohio.
Lol at the "esteem" of Villanova on the East Coast.
