Update with total COA:

Total COA

BC: $78,703
BU: $86,384
GW: $143,795
Emory: $85,867

Career interests are working on the East Coast but trying to get the best value. Started to negotiate a few days ago without much luck. Would appreciate input. Thanks

Total amount post interest are most helpful. Use the GULC calculator.

I can tell you right now to cross GW off your list.

When you add in interest and CoL, you are looking north of 100k for these schools. Food for thought.

80-90K total cost of attendance over three years for a BC/BU education is not bad at all in my mind, but perhaps I'm less risk averse than others. It really comes down to where you want to live and work. If you want to live in Boston, go to BC/BU. If you want work in the DC area, go to GW. If you want to work in the Atlanta area, go to Emory. None of these schools will place very much outside of their location, so you need to be dead set on living and working in the area these schools are located in. Have you been to Boston? DC? Atlanta?

If you don't care where you live, then BC or BU is the best bet based on their employment prospects with respect to their cost.

I would say preference is DC based on familiarity but I agree with most that it's just too much at that price. Boston is my second choice and I'd be fine with it and much more comfortable with the debt.

78k for BC is a fine choice, assuming that includes COL.

Pretty sure Emory does not give out a scholarship that would lead to that low of a debt load, you sure you calculated correctly? Or is this not all loan financed?
