Georgetown sticker vs. GWU scholarship?

Title says it all - Georgetown at sticker price, or GWU with a $40,000/year merit scholarship?
Do you want to work in IP? If so, GWU is the better choice because of its extensive IP alumni network.
If not IP, then GULC has better employment statistics in general.

In my opinion, however, even though GULC's employment statistics are better and significantly so, the difference is not immense and I don't think it justifies the money difference with regards to your scholly.
My vote goes to GW.
