Chicago Area Law Schools Question

I've heard varying reports from people in the area about the ranking of law schools in just the Chicago area.
#1 is always UofChicago and #2 is always NorthWestern. After that I seem to get conflicting responses. Chicago-Kent Law and Loyola are both ranked similarly in the nation, but some people swear to me that one is much better than the other or vice versa. Another one that gets tossed around A LOT is John Marshall, which I have no idea why since it is a T3...
Any outside opinions on this? What would you guys say is better: Kent, Loyola, or John Marshall (in my opinion this is probably the worst).

This is the "Choosing a Law School" forum. What choices are you facing?

The 3 I provided are the ones I will most likely be able to choose from. My GPA is great for all 3. LSAT I will be taking in June so depending on that, but my practice test scores, while I know they are not a true measure, are averaging past the median score for the 3 schools. UofChicago is basically impossible for me and Northwestern I would definitely have to get lucky to get into.
So Loyola(IL) Law, Chicago Kent, and John Marshall(but most likely not since it is a T3, thought I'd just toss it in there).
Edit: Also forgot to add, how accurate are these statistics?

I have a hard time believing a 148lsat 2.8 GPA got accepted?

Take the LSAT and come back when you have a score. Until then, check out lawschoolnumbers.com and lawschooltransparency.com. They will likely answer most (if not all) of your questions.

Chicago-Kent, DePaul, Loyola, and John Marshall are all not worth attending... maybe if it's a full tuition + a stipend.

It's a joke in Chicago. Literally 3 students got big law from it last year.
