Richmond | $54,380.00 - $ 0 = $54,380.00

UMD just sent me an email for scholarship interviews
Richmond's acceptance was about a week ago so still waiting on scholly
Negotiating SCholly with Cardozo

I'll be pulling loans out to cover remaining costs. (Family Money/Loans : 50/50)

Want to practice in VA, DC, or NYC
I have family in VA, NYC, and Kansas(lol childhood) and some small ties to DC
Career Goals: Patent/IP or M&A

How many times have you taken the LSAT? Retake is your best option, as none of these schools are worth $140k+ after accrued interest.

Also cost will be half covered by family

Are these prices per year? If so, I'm sorry, but none of them are worth what you would be paying. They are all far too expensive relative to your job prospects and likely salary at graduation. Either apply to a lower ranked school in the area you want to work and get in with minimal debt, or wait a year and re-take for larger scholarships.

it would be per year. Thanks for the advice! I'll take it into account but as of now I think I'm dead set on going to one of these schools. Debt wouldn't be too much of an issue thanks to family financials etc.

This would truly be a shame. You hit a 165, which leads me to believe that you are capable of a 170+. Your gpa will probably hinder you from most truly great schools (baring an NU/UVA snag) and/or scholarships but your options can be much, much better than this. Alwayssunnyinfl is a poster on this site who has had some pretty great success with a lower gpa and a 170+, I would suggest looking him up and seeing what your options could be like.

Retaking in June and reapplying next cycle is the best option for you. Listen to Rick, he knows what he's talking about.

I found this post hilarious for some reason.

If your parents are willing to blow $120k-$150k, just go to your favorite of W&L, Richmond, of GMU and pray to the deity of your choice that you will be in the half of the class or so that gets a job.

W&L or GMU. However, as others have said the schools are too expensive and you should wait to do a 4th take. Since you have an engineering background, perhaps you can get some relevant WE that will bolster your credibility for the job search.
