Fordham v. Temple v. Villanova - class of 2016

With tuition and cost of living I would be paying around:
70K a year at Fordham (5K scholly)
32K at Temple (10K scholly) - PA resident so I pay in-state tuition
32K at Villanova (30K scholly).
I would ultimately like to practice law in NYC or DC but I am open to working in Philly. If money wasn't an issue I would pick Fordham without any hesitation. However money is an issue (I am paying all on my own) and I don't know if Fordham is worth paying 40K more a year for. I think I want to go into IP law or Antitrust and working in a private firm but I also haven't ruled out going the clerkship/government route. If I went to Fordham I think I would eliminate the government option due to the debt I would have to pay off. I have negotiated with the schools and I have gotten all I can get from Temple and Fordham in the ways of scholarships and I might be able to get a little more from Villanova.
Thoughts? Any help or insights are much appreciated!
