Georgetown vs. USC ($)

I'm from California and want to work there after graduation. So far I've got into Georgetown, UCLA, and USC. I ruled out UCLA because I thought it to be a peer of USC, and unlike USC, they gave me no scholly.
So it came down to a decision between Georgetown and USC (25k per year). Any thoughts on this?

USC
Georgetown's employment numbers are pretty much the same as USC, plus, you want to work in CA

For California, 'SC or UCLA is a no-brainer. (Try to see of UCLA will match....just to give you more options.)

These schools give you roughly equal chances at employment. USC, however, will give your more opportunities to network (since you want to work in Cali). With the financial aid package, USC comes out as the clear winner.
UCLA though?

Please go to USC. You'll still have the top 1/3 of the class getting big law but you'll be in a class of ~200 as opposed to ~600 and you'll be putting 75k less on that non-dischargeable credit card.
Just talked to 1L at USC who scored a 1L SA at Irell and he said he was one a three who got them ( the other two went to Stanford and Chicago I believe). So it seems that USC has some pretty legitimate pull in SoCal.

You should try negotiating at UCLA. It would suck if you didn't even bother to try. (Not to imply that USC would be an inferior choice, I'm just saying you should let yourself have all your options.)
