Given the debt level and the covered cost of living, I'd say this is financially sound. Just make sure you are okay with staying in the area post-graduation.

I wouldn't go to UW unless you or your fiancee is actually from Seattle or Portland

Would you mind sharing your calculations? There's a sizable difference between $0 paid and $80k in debt and $50-100k paid and $80k in debt.

As a WSU undergrad, I hate to say it, but that's a pretty decent decision. Great school, manageable debt level, and you're from the PNW. Enjoy, and good luck!
