You probably want a school that gives out lots of big scholarships, so that you have a good shot of getting something serious that you can leverage against them. Check the ABA stats for schools that give lots of money. I'd figure out which ones matched my stats and almost guaranteed some money. Baylor, Pacific, Gonzaga all have scholarship rates at or above 70% with a median grant of over $10,000, so that might be a place to start.
Check Out
Baylor (75.5%, Median $22,185)
San Diego (45.8%, Median $22,000)
Cardozo (59.6%, Median $25,000)
Pepperdine (70.5%, Median $15,000)
Gonzaga (69.6%, Median $13,500)
University of Pacific (70.6%, Median $11,320)
Willamette (63.2%, Median $11,000)
Denver (48.4%, Median $17,000)
Pace (56.5%, Median $17,000)

I am using BU and WUSTL to negotiate with Lewis and Clark. I would say anyone ranked higher would work. Regionally then your best bet would be UW.
