Top Law Schools

How credible are these rankings? The methodology states that "In law, reputation is paramount. For this list, legal recruiters at the nation's best law firms were asked to rank the academic quality of law schools. These are the top law schools, according to law firm recruiters."

Seeing how useless US News Law School rankings are, I'm wondering how to evaluate these rankings.

They are meaningless. All of the rankings are meaningless when used to compare schools from different states.

I would be more interested in where they actually hire people from than how they rank schools. They could call XYZ school number 1 in the land, but if the school struggles with big law placement, go elsewhere.
