Even with that Miami scholarship, it's still more expensive than UF right? UF is a better school to begin with and the cost of living in Gainesville is ridiculously low. With cheaper tuition as well, it's a pretty easy choice.

Do the total COA for each school. I'm not doing your math for you. Tell us how much you're looking at total from both places (tuition + fees + COL + interest).

Assuming they are the same total cost of attendance, and assuming Miami doesn't have stipulations on the scholarship, you should go to UF unless you must have Miami (i.e. you know beforehand that you want Miami and would hate to be anywhere else in Florida).
