Where I have applied

Post by sdonn613 » Tue Jan 29, 2013 12:56 pm

159/3.0

St. Johns
Hofstra
New York Law
Brooklyn
Fordham
Northeastern
Cardozo
Kent
Hastings

I would ideally like to practice in new york hence my wanting to stay in the northeast. Where else should I apply? at this point I would only retake if I get rejected everywhere

This would be a bad, bad idea. You need about 10 more points before law school even begins to not be the worst financial decision you've ever made.

For this cycle, he could probably get away with 8 points... but yeah.

Uhh, what?

Pretty sure 3.0/170 isn't good enough for NU's near full ride.

(Unless you're implying that NU will discontinue the ED $$$ program.)

Study. Retake. Score 168+ or so. You won't regret it. It sucks to hear now (I went through it two years ago), but it is your only good option here.

FTFY

Also, non-binding EA to Cornell would be worth the app fee if he writes a school specific PS.
