Rule out GULC. Might as well retake though, Michigan and Duke at sticker are OK but you could do better.

If you want a job, don't go to GULC over Michigan or Duke if all are the same price.

What if a person wants to practice in either CA or Texas? Do GULC/Mich/Duke have any advantage over U. Texas or UCLA? assuming all at sticket?

For Texas, I would not pay sticker at GULC over UT. Michigan would be closer. I'm honestly not sure about CA, I'm guessing USC w/ money would be far better than GULC. I wouldn't go to GULC at sticker really ever.

Unless you want to live in a foreign country and do American law, you're not gonna do "international law," so I'd reevaluate your career goals.

Specialty rankings mean absolutely nothing in American law schools.

If all are at sticker, eliminate GULC immediately.

You could try to use your Michigan acceptance to get some scholarship money out of GULC. Make them tell you no twice. If they offer you something significant, see if Michigan will toss something your way. We would need to be talking a pretty good savings over M and D before it would be worth going to GULC.

Duke if you do not want to retake. I would, without hesitation, take Duke over the others any day.

Not to de-rail/troll, but I just got an email from duke with this image atop it:

I'm really beginning to worry about what's going to happen to some law schools after this application cycle.

edit: found myself an avatar!

They seemed to have jazzed it up since their initial use.

A friend of mine goes to GULC right now, hes a 2L and just secured a biglaw job in Los Angeles where he's from, so as far as practicing in CA from GULC, it is possible.

If all at sticker? Duke.
