Choosing a law type for law school

Post by February1088 » Tue Nov 13, 2012 8:38 am

Hey guys. I'm looking to apply for law schools right now. But I do have a question. For my future career, I'm trying to find a job overseas, with big name electronic companies like Samsung or Sony (corporate lawyer). What path of law should I take to work as a lawyer for those kind of big companies? International law? Can you guys tell me what exactly international lawyer does?

Sounds like you want to learn corporate law. But you don't need to settle for a "type" of law until job hunting. Don't pick a law school on it and stay open to other possibilities that may interest you. You have a very specific goal, which is good, but don't ignore other good fits just because it's not an in-house job overseas with a big electronics company. Good luck.
