Deposit at WUSTL and wait out waitlists to the very end. Oh, and if there is a market (Boston, Midwest, Cali) deposit in that school, and wait out waitlist to the very end.

Between WashUStL $$ & T-14 waitlists. If you get into one of the lower T-14s, then that will be your better option, in my opinion, since you are an international student & probably need to focus on large Eastern US cities.

This.

Davis with only 30k total is a non-starter. So is BC at sticker. Don't even consider them.

You could try to use the 90k from WUSTL to negotiate money from BC and Davis.

I'd choose BC in a heartbeat with 60k or so. With BC at sticker though, Wustl is the way to go. I'd also take a t14 if you get in off the waitlist. Did you ED anywhere, if not, retake reapply and ED to Penn/UVa/Michigan may be a better way to go. At the same time, if I were you, I'd feel pretty comfortable with Wustl for that price (just try to keep CoL down and be ready to work hard for jobs, but there are still great opportunities there).

Have you negotiated with BC? They matched my money at Wash U a couple weeks ago (I passed up because no ties to Boston).
