Louisville full ride vs Indiana w/ some help

Trying to figure out if a top 30 school is worth the debt.

I have a full scholarship to the University of Louisville-Brandeis School of Law.

I have been admitted to Indiana U-Mauer School of law without scholarship. I am coming off of active duty military and will recieve some (but not full) GI benefits taking IU to about 25k a year (am out of state.)

Any thoughts?

Where do you want to live & work after law school ? Louisville or Indiana ?

Probably half the class from Louisville does not get full-time work requiring a law degree, but no debt should alleviate the financial pressure.

Does your Louisville scholarship have stipulations?

I don't really have any pref. as to where I want to work. I'm from the midwest but haven't lived there for like 10 years so it's a new start wherever I go.

The UL scholarship is renewable for 3 years contigent on a 2.0, so not really any stipulations.

I really appreciate the feedback! Thank you!

Also, looking at this employment data (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub ... Bd3c&gid=4) unless I'm reading it wrong, Louisville has much strong LT employment stats.

That said, I understand that some of those jobs are not in a legal capacity, but still... this data is sort of terrifying!
