Cincinnati vs. Wake Forest

Looking for opinions on this issue. I am from Ohio and have lived there my life so I have connections in Cincinnati but I would love to live in North Carolina.

No UG debt, cost of living completely paid for at either location.

With scholarships and tuition combination, it comes down to Cincinnati at $45K versus Wake Forest at $87K.

I realize that both are regional, but I am unsure if one would be better than the other.

No ties to the NC market, which is why I am very hesitant about going there, but I would love to live there.
