Lol. No, you should call UVA, thank them for your admissions offer, and then immediately withdraw on the grounds that you don't like to attend schools that game the rankings. That'll teach them a lesson and lower their yield.

I also got the email. I wouldn't be too sure it means auto-acceptance considering a bunch of people received it. If it helps, I asked about scholarships after being admitted post-waitlist. PM me for more details if you want them.
