Florida vs Wake Forest

Only have a few weeks to decide. I am from the Midwest and okay with both locations. Although, I would prefer Florida. Florida total cost would be approx. 80k for 3 years. WF would be approx. 75k with scholarship. Is there a clear choice or should I go with UF as it is my preferred region?
Help!

Do those figures include living expenses?
Beyond that, UF for Florida, Wake for NC.

Living expense will be covered by my wife. She will be working full time.

I prefer the State and would rather live there. Family in the area too.

I guess family in the area would count as ties, which could help getting a job being originally from out of state. Is the $80k cost counting the possibility of establishing residency after your first year to get the resident rate? If not, that might be worth looking into.
Just something to consider - the FL legal market isn't great right now, so if you choose to go to UF, you really need to try to limit your debt as much as possible.
