U Georgia or Northeastern?

Hey guys I'm down to two schools and I'm pretty much up against the wall with deadlines. My scores were 164/3.53 and I got tuition equalization at UGA and $20,000 per year at Northeastern. I know UGA vastly outranks NEU and I also know rankings don't matter too much, but I would imagine a T1 v. T2 school would have at least some impact in hirings. I am from the Boston area and my family is all here, but I wouldn't mind working in Georgia at least for the beginning of my career. The co-op program at NEU is very interesting, but their lack of grades scares me for hiring. My biggest question is how hard would it be for me to break into the southern law scene without being from there, but having gone to school there? Are there major biases against Yanks?

Neither...
Northeastern at that price is absurd. Georgia is out because that's not where you want to end up.
You need to:
1) Retake the LSAT
2) Apply to BU/BC etc.
3) ???????
4) Profit

The lack of grades from Northeastern makes it very unlikely you'll get hired (for your first job) outside of Boston.
This is also way too expensive for a school like Northeastern.
I agree with the retake, go to BU/BC.
Or possibly UConn if you can get instate tuition there.
