Retake or don't go. None of these are good options (especially for someone with other marketable skills).

Is it really that bad?

FYI,

I got waitlisted at GWU, UHouston and Cardozo
Worse. I wouldn't tell an unemployed sociology major to go to these schools. You actually seem to have other options.

Credited. Do not go to these schools. Retake/reapply or don't go.

Where are you from and where are your ties? This list is a sporadic list of mediocre schools across the country. You need better options, and ideally options in the market you are from and/or want to practice.

You're already so far ahead of the game with a background that will get you into IP - retake the test and don't waste it.

I would definately be cautious of UNH's Third (well now Second) Tier Status, despite the highly-ranked intellectual property specialty. If anything go to Santa Clara over UNH; better location (Sil. Valley; bonus), better overal ranking & better repuation.

Case is a good school, but again if you can wait and score a 164+ you could probably get into higher ranked schools with better name recognition & IP programs. I'm a bit biased towards Case fyi.

In my view if you're not really looking to retake I'd go with Either Case or Santa Clara then UHN last.

Btw, people on TLS will always say "Retake or Don't Go" with no stipulations; really not helpful at all. But it can be solid advice especially if its just a lower LSAT that's holding you back.

Obey the echo: retake.

It'll improve your lot dramatically, especially coupled with your experience.

Games are totally learnable.

Don't waste that degree. A 165 or better can get you into schools where you will be competitive for some very high paying jobs.
This list of schools will almost certainly lead to debt ruin even with your degree.

Head to the LSAT Prep forum. The games are eminently learnable. You should have no problem acing them the next time around if you use the PowerScore bibles.
